Thanks. I seem to remember vaguely that someone helped him just before his death with the notes and they were placed in some kind of order. Were they actually written up or just organized and published? My suspicion has always been that Miller needed Lawrence as a catalyst but that he wasn't really deeply influenced by him, in spite of what he himself professed.
About making replies: I just click the button 'Follow Ups' and enter my response in the box that appears. I usually erase the original message just to save space. If you do that you won't delete the message you are responding to. It will still be there!
PS I'd love to read your book on Henry. I've been very busy and preoccupied with unavoidable hassles thes days but I'll try to find time to take a peek at it.
