Local poet, author, and painter Carolyn Mary Kleefeld invites you to join in celebrating the publication of her new book, “Psyche of Mirrors: A Promenade of Portraits,” Sunday, June 17, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m., at the Henry Miller Library.
Carolyn will read selections from her book. She will highlight the theme of Eros, and its pervasive influence on other themes in the book, including solitude, paradox, and creativity. As with previous events, Carolyn will be accompanied by acclaimed musician Martin Shears.
She will be joined by internationally renowned Welsh poet, Peter Thabit Jones, who will read from his own book, Poems from a Cabin on Big Sur, as well as from his latest poetry.
The event is free/by donation.
