The time is here again, folks! We’re gearing up for our summer internship, and we want you or your best and brightest students to apply to work here in the Archives. The internship has been available every summer since 2005 and the program gets more exciting each year.
In the past, students have worked to sort through materials, assign dates and titles to items, maintain an electronic database, scan archival documents, work on relationships with other Miller Archives around the world, create finding aids, and lots more.
There was also the year Robin and Bram were our interns and there was the Basin Complex Fire that caused their roles to include shuffling the collection between various safe places. Let’s not speak of 2008, though… Too soon.
There’s more information on HERE on the archives internship, and how to apply. Please send your cover letter and resume to our archivist, Keely via email to email@example.com Think about a project that you might like to work on and let’s work together in the summer months to make it a reality!
The deadline for this application is May 1. We look forward to hearing from you!
